Once your order has been processed we aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours. For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.

All purchases will be shipped with our own Fine By You boxes. Shipments are arranged via DHL Express for all orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

*Please note, DHL Express requires a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

**Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into the  Russian Federation.

*** For outside the EU the customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the EU. We do not cover this cost. You will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note not all European countries are part of the EU.

For all international orders, please write the full address in English at the checkout.

 

Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during working hours. If you are not at home we recommend that you gave us an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of order your order will be abandoned.
